Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.UniversitasSebelasMaret.67 pages Marketing Strategyit is a strategy to serve the market or market segmentation it is will be targeting with a company. In the increasingly fierce competition, companies requires to recognize the condition of the internal and external environment because it can indirectly affect the survuval of company in the future, the weapon of the company influence the customer is by marketing mix. Marketing activities do not always run smoothly there are also constraints faced PT Rosalia Indah Transport in marketing activities. This observation aims to describe the marketing strategy and marketing constraints faced by PTRosalia Indah Transport Palur head office, Karanganyar. Related to the problem and purpose of the research, writer used observation method of qualitative descriptive, is a research to try descript the situation or one of social phenomenon and explain the draft, assembled the data but not doing hypotesis test. While the technics data converging in order to interview method, direct observation and literature. PT Rosalia Indah Transport is at a competitive and support the marketing strategy, straregies need to be used is the marketing mix. Implemntation of the marketing mix marketing strategy can by done by PT Rosalia Indah Transport of integration strategies in the form of maintaining good relations with customers, the karoseri factories, part suppliers, and the control of the competitor. Market penetration strategy in the form of more intensive promotional activity more intensive. Product development strategy is to expand market share, market development strategy in the form of old fleet rejuvenation for improving the competitiveness of the company in addition to the continuing purchase of the new fleet.
