    Abstract

    THE FACTORS THAT AFFECTING ONLINE PURCHASE INTENTION OF BANDENG JUWANA ELRINA Fatikhah Nurul Fajri1 , Nuning Setyowati2 , Raden Kunto Adi3 1Alumnus Department of Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sebelas Maret 23Teaching Staff Department of Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sebelas Maret Ir Sutami Street 36 A Kentingan Surakarta 57126 Telp/Fax (0271) 637457 Email : fatikhah007@gmail.com/Telp : 085700338620 ABSTRACT The aime of this study is to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality, and system users toward purchase intention of Bandeng Juwana Elrina via online. The basic method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The sample consists of 100 people, they are someone who has purchased Bandeng Juwana Elrina products via online, or people who have purchased products via online but have opened a website or social media from Bandeng Juwana Elrina. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 as analysis tool. The results of this study indicate the quality of the system has no significant effect on the purchase intention of Bandeng Juwana Elrina via online t-statistic is smaller than alpha (1,835 <1,96). Quality of information positively affect the purchase intention of Bandeng Juwana Elrina via online t-statistic value greater than alpha (2,230> 1,96). Service quality positively influences the purchase intention of Bandeng Juwana Elrina via online t-statistic value is greater than alpha (2,370> 1,96). System users positively influence the purchase intention of Bandeng Juwana Elrina via online t-statistic value greater than alpha (2,215> 1,96). Bandeng Juwana Elrina need to detailing the information contained on the website and social media, add customer testimony, and reactivate social media Bandeng Juwana Elrina that has been vacuum.
