    Abstract

    ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF BANK INDONESIA SOLO REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN ENCOURAGING FINANCIAL INCLUSION ON E-TICKETING PROGRAM OF BATIK SOLO TRANS BUS IN SURAKARTA ERINDA MIFTAHUL JANNAH F3614047 The aim of the research is to know the effort conducted by the Bank Indonesia Solo Representative Office in encouraging financial inclusion, particularly in e-ticketing program of Batik Solo Trans bus in Surakarta. Besides, this research is to know the outcomes and difficulties faced by the Bank Indonesia Solo Representative Office in encouraging financial inclusion. The object of this research is Bank Indonesia Solo Representative Office, which is located at Jenderal Sudirman Street No. 15, Solo – 57111. This research uses primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques are by observation and having interview. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative as the method of data analysis. The result of this research is a bit increase of e-ticketing program of Batik Solo Trans bus, even is tends to decrease. It is because the supported parties don’t do their role completely, so the effort conducted by Bank Indonesia Solo Representative Office in socialization the program becomes useless, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and technical discussion to encourage that program. Therefore, this research gives suggestion to increase more awareness for related parties to understand their own role, it is need special evaluation for e-ticketing program of Batik Solo Trans bus, should this program be managed directly by the City Government of Surakarta, as well as this program should use auction system in placing each koridor.
