    Abstract

Export is one of the supporting economy of a country. The development of exports is very important in an effort to increase state revenues that impact on national economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze exports in Indonesia. Factors that are suspected to have an effect on Indonesian export in this research are exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation rate in Indonesia in 2001 until 2016. Data used in this research is annual secondary data (time series). The analytical method that used in this studyis OLS (Ordinary Least Square) multiple regression method. The results show that; First, the exchange rate variable has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian exports. Second, the varabel interest rate has a negative and significant effect on Indonesian exports. Third, the inflation variable has positive but not significant effect on Indonesian exports. Some policies such as: the policy of using rupiah currency in NKRI area, incentive of tax deduction of interest on deposit to exporter, and encouraging and supporting Indonesian agricultural sector, indirectly will help to control exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation of Indonesia so that export activity will also crawling up on its own.
