    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi pelaksanaan Prakerin T-TEP di SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta kompetensi keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dan mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangannya ditinjau dari evaluasi konteks (context evaluation), evaluasi masukan (input evaluation), evaluasi proses (process evaluation), dan evaluasi produk (product evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu 16 guru program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, 4 siswa peserta prakerin T-TEP tahun 2016, 40 siswa yang mengikuti seleksi prakerin T-TEP, dan 4 DUDI yaitu bengkel resmi Toyota yang digunakan sebagai tempat prakerin T-TEP. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas butir kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas logika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui analisis perhitungan nilai rata-rata Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) evaluasi terhadap konteks (context) prakerin T-TEP tergolong tinggi, aspek ini meliputi: (a) tujuan prakerin T-TEP, (b) relevansi prakerin T-TEP; (2) evaluasi terhadap masukan (input) prakerin T-TEP tergolong cukup, aspek ini meliputi: (a) penyiapan sekolah, (b) penyiapan siswa; (3) evaluasi terhadap proses (process) tergolong baik, aspek ini meliputi: (a) peran siswa, (b) kesesuaian pembelajaran di sekolah dengan industri, (c) kegiatan guru selama prakerin T-TEP, (d) peran instruktur industri, (e) hambatan selama pelaksanaan prakerin T-TEP; (4) evaluasi terhadap produk (product) tergolong sangat tinggi, aspek ini meliputi: (a) pengembangan personalitas siswa, (b) kesiapan kerja siswa, (c) kepuasan siswa, (d) nilai/prestasi siswa. Dengan demikian nilai total pelaksanaan prakerin T-TEP pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta berdasarkan aspek konteks, masukan, proses dan produk adalah tergolong tinggi. EVALUATION OF IMPLEMENTATION INDUSTRIAL WORK PRACTICES TOYOTA-TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM (T-TEP) ON THE COMPETENCE OF A LIGHT VEHICLE ENGINEERING AT SMK NEGERI 2 SURAKARTA BY METHODS CIPP. Thesis. The purpose of this study are to describe the evaluation implementation industrial practice T-TEP at public vocational high school 2 Surakarta Light Vehicle engineering competence and know the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation context (context evaluation), the evaluation input (input evaluation), the evaluation process (process evaluation), evaluation of products (product evaluation). This research was taken place in public vocational high school 2 Surakarta. This research employed descriptive evaluative research method with model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The sample of research was taken using purposive sampling technique that is 16 teachers Light Vehicle Engineering program, 4 student participants industrial practice T-TEP 2016, 40 students follow the selection industrial practice T-TEP, and 4 industry official Toyota garage used as a T-TEP industrial practice. The technique of data collection conduct done by a questionnaire, interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the grains of the questionnaire that used in this research the logic validity. Technique of data analysis that used in this study through the analysis of the calculation of the average value The results showed: (1) context evaluation (context) T-TEP industrial practice belongs high, this aspect includes the following: (a) purpose of industrial practice T-TEP, (b) relevance; (2) input evaluation (input) industrial practice T-TEP belong enough, this aspect includes the following: (a) school completion, (b) students preparation; (3) process evaluation (process) belongs to the good, this aspect includes the following: (a) role the students, (b) suitability learning at the school with the industry, (c) teachers activities, (d) role of industry instructors, (e) obstacles during the implementation of industrial practice T-TEP; (4) product evaluation (product) is categorized as very high, this aspect includes the following: (a) personality development of students, (b) work readiness of student, student satisfaction (c), (d) values/student achievement. The value of total implementation industrial work practices T-TEP on Light Vehicle Engineering Competence at public vocational high school 2 Surakarta based on the aspects of the context, input, process and product is classified at high.
