    Abstract

    The Effect of Justice Perceptions On Affective Commitment And Job Satisfaction With Psychological Ownership As Mediation Variables (Study on Non-Family Employees Laweyan Battery Area) Silva Febrianingsih ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the influence of perception of justice (distributive justice and procedural justice) to affective commitment and work satisfaction with psychological ownership variable as mediation. This research model replication from Sieger et al., (2011), using the program Structural Equation Modeling, with a sample of 100 employees from four companies. For fairness perceptions the research shows that distributive justice and procedural justice have a significant positive effect on psychological ownership. For variable perceptions of distributive justice mediated psychological ownership of affective commitment the results of the study showed significant. For the procedural fairness perception variable that mediated psychological ownership of the affective commitment of the research results showed significant. For the variable perception of distributive justice mediated by psychological ownership on the work satisfaction of the research results showed significant. For the variable of perception of procedural fairness which is mediated by psychological ownership on the work satisfaction of the research results showed significant.
