Abstract
The brick press machine is a machine that used for produce bricks. That machine work manually without any driving force such as motor, but it use human power for he operation. First, the way of produce brick is by mixing the brick material of cement, soil and water according to the specified composition. The operator as a power hub, raises the lever arm, then moves the pressure shaft to suppress the material due to the force of the lever arm. The emphasis on the material does not escape from the reaction force by the axle that holds the engine cap. The axle serves to withstand the force of the pressing process, so that the molded material becomes solid. Another purpose of designing this component is that during the production process takes place, the lid does not open the engine that resulted in the process pressing material to fail. The dimensions of the lifting shaft used for the press machine have a diameter of 40 mm with a length of 100 mm and a diameter on both sides of the 20 mm end along the length of 20 mm.
