## Abstract

This research purposes is to determine the geometry of the wedge that produces the isodose angle of 20° and calculates the value of the wedge transmission factor of isodose angle of 20°. Before it was done calculate wedge transmission factor of isodose angle of 30° and 60° from Lead-Antimony Alloy by the method of experiment and simulation. Monte Carlo N-Particle eXtended Version (MCNPX) software is used for the simulation calculation of the absorbed dose rate. Wedge transmission factors of angle of 30° simulated results have relative error 8.84% if are compared to the measurement experiment, while the wedge transmission factors of angle of 60° have relative error 4.35%. The relative error is small enough, it can be said the results of the simulation approaches experiment. Next simulation is done to determine the geometry of the wedge that produces the isodose angle of 20°. Simulation results is obtained of geometry of the wedge that produces the isodose angle of 20.3°, length 16 cm, width 14.9 cm, thick 0.83 cm, the value of the angle α of 3.2°. Wedge factor of isodose angle of 20.3° is 0.68 ± 0.01. Wedge isodose angle of 20.3° if used to organ tilt about 20° gives contribute dose rate is enough uniform in organ depth.
