    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to know about examination of medating-moderating in relationship between Relative Leader-Member Exchange, Negative Affectivity, Social Identification, and Job Performance in Surakarta Civil Servant. The sample are 98 staffs. The sampling technique using census method. The method uses the quantitative research method. For the method of data analysis uses Partial Least Square. For the data processing this study uses Microsoft Excel 2010 and Smart PLS Version 3 for Windows. The result is shown that there are four significant hypothesis: RLMX to Social Identifcatios, Social Identification to Job Performance, Social Identification to RLMX with Job Performance, Negative Affectivity to RLMX with Social Identification. Therefore, Leaders have to keep the communication to employee good. Leaders also take responsibilities for develop their employees in order to work efficiently effectively and corectly.
