    Abstract

    ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING CONSUMERS’S INTENTION TO BUY ORGANIC PRODUCT Eggy Wanodyatama NIM: F0213037 This study aims to determine factors that affect intention to buy organic personal care product. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method with 200 respondents. Sample that have been taken in this research must fulfill some criteria, such as women aged 18 or older, lived in Solo, have not bought and plan to buy organic personal care product. The result of Structural Equation Model using Smart Pls 3 showed that Perceived Quality has positive effect on Attitude Toward Buying Organic Personal Care Product. This reseacrh also found that Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Perceived Behavioral Control have posittive effect on Intention to Buy Organic Personel Care Product. However, this research found that Health Consciousness, Environmental Consciousness and Appearance Consciousness don’t have any moderating effect on the relationship between attitude and intention to buy Organic Personal Care Product. According to this reseacrh, The Company of organic personal care product should maintain their quality of the product, their relationship to their customer and pay attention to the availability and pricing decision of their product in order to increase to consumer urchase intention to buy.
