      Abstract

      This study examines the relationship between stress, leader member exchange, and perceived organizational support on performance with affective commitment as mediator. The object of the research in PT. Sinar Agung Prasadikindo (SAP) located in Karanganyar. The variables of this study include independent variables of stress, leader member exchange, and perceived organizational support, while for the dependent variable using performance variables, and for the mediation variable using affective commitment variables. This research used qualitative data. The sample used in this study were 200 employees of PT. Sinar Agung Prasadikndo. Tests conducted in this study using SEM AMOS 20 for testing the validity, reliability, and hypothesis. The results of this study showed that stress had a negative effect on affective commitment, the leader member exchange had positive effect on affective commitment, perceived organizational support had positive effect on affective commitment, affective commitment had positive effect on performance, and affective commitment mediated the effect of stress, leader member exchange, and perceived Organizational support on performance
