Abstract
ABSTRACT NUNIEN FARIKATUL UMAYAH. R0314042. CONTINUOUS MIDWIFERY CARE ON MRS. F AGED 29 YEARS OLD IN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF PUCANGSAWIT, SURAKARTA. The Study Program Of Diploma III In Midwifery Science, The Faculty Of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University. Background : The midwifery care diagnoses of Mrs. F and her infant were as follows: gestation with mild anemia, normal maternal delivery, parturition with mild anemia, normal newborn, and the lactational amenorrhea method (LAM) family. The care planning included gestation with mild anemia, normal maternal delivery, parturition with mild anemia, normal newborn, and LAM family planning. Implementation : The midwifery care on Mrs. F and her infant included the following: mild anemia handling in gestation and parturition using iron tablet supplementation and heme iron nutrition diet, normal maternal delivery, normal newborn, and LAM family planning. Evaluation : The midwifery care was extended to Mrs. F with the following results: regarding the mild anemia, an increment of 0.1 gr/dL hemoglobin occurred in the gestation and an increment of 1 gr/dL hemoglobin occurred in the parturition; maternal delivery was without any complications; the newborn was normal; and the mother took LAM family planning. Conclusion and Recommendation: No gaps were found in the implementation of the sustainable midwifery care on Mrs. T from her gestation, maternal delivery, parturition, and newborn to family planning.
