    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Nita Murtia Handayani. EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM SEKOLAH LIMA HARI (PS5H) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP STUDI KASUS DI SMK NEGERI 2 KARANGANYAR. Skripsi, Surakarta : Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Juli 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang (1) pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar ditinjau dari evaluasi model CIPP; (2) kelebihan penerapan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar; (3) kekurangan penerapan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik sampel kuota (quota sampling) yaitu 126 siswa dan teknik purposive sampling yaitu 10 guru SMKN 2 Karanganyar. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitas butir kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas logika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui analisis perhitungan nilai rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kesiapan pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar tergolong baik tetapi belum optimal; (2) penyiapan sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia pada pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar tergolong baik; (3) proses pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar tergolong cukup; (4) penerapan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar sudah tercapai namun belum optimal; (5) Kelebihan dari pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar yaitu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa, kegiatan siswa lebih mudah untuk dikontrol, libur di hari sabtu bisa digunakan siswa untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, untuk mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan digunakan untuk beristirahat; (6) Kekurangan dari pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari di SMKN 2 Karanganyar yaitu kesiapan sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program sekolah lima hari belum optimal, tidak semua guru membawa media pembelajaran dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menarik, performa guru dalam mengajar di siang hari mengalami penurunan, siswa mudah mengantuk dan bosan mengikuti pembelajaran di siang hari, performa siswa mengalami penurunan ketika pembelajaran di siang hari, kelelahan peserta didik meningkat, siswa kesulitan mencari transportasi umum, kebutuhan keuangan siswa meningkat, tidak semua siswa dapat menggunakan waktu libur hari sabtu untuk berkumpul dengan keluarga, sehingga tujuan penerapan program sekolah lima hari belum tercapai sepenuhnya. EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FIVE DAY SCHOOL PROGRAM USING THE CIPP MODEL CASE STUDY AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 2 KARANGANYAR. Thesis, Surakarta: Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, July 2017. This research aims to gain an overview of (1) the implementation of the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar reviewed from the CIPP model; (2) the advantages of the implementation of the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar; (3) the deficiencies in applying the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar. This research was carried out in middle Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar academic year 2016/2017. This research used a descriptive evaluative CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model method. The samples of this research were taken with an sample quota (quota sampling) which is 126 students and purposive sampling technique, which is 10 teachers of Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar. Data collection was carried out by doing observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The validity of questionnaire’s points in this research is the validity of logic. Technique for analyzing data in this study is average calculation analysis. The results showed that: (1) the readiness of the implementation of the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar is good but not optimal; (2) the preparation of the infrastructure and human resources in the implementation of the five-day school program in Vocational high school 2 Karanganyar is good; (3) the process of the implementation of the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar is enough; (4) the implementation of the five day school program at Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar is already achieved but not optimal; (5) the advantages of the implementation of the five day school program in Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar are to improve students’ knowledge and skills to make students’ activities easier to be controlled, to develop students’ interest and talents by holding extracurricular activities on Saturday, to do homework and have a rest; (6) the defenciencies of the implementation of the five day school program In Vocational High School 2 Karanganyar are the school readiness in the implementation of the five day school program has not been optimal, not all teachers’ use the learning media and use interesting learning method the teachers’ performance in teaching during daytime has decreased, students are easily sleepy and tired in following the classes during the daytime, the students’ performance has been decrease when learning during the daytime, increase students’ fatigue, students have issues in finding the public transportations, increased students financial needs, not all students can use the day off on Saturday to gather with family, so the purpose of the implementation of the five day school program has not been fully achieved.
