    Abstract

    LIDYA TRI CAHYANINGSIH, D1506089, Process The Employees Acceptance in Persada Company (Kopindosat) Yogyakarta, Final Duty, Program The Diploma III, Management of Administration, Faculty of Social Science and Politics, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, 2009 This perception aim to know process the employees acceptance in Persada company (Kopindosat) Yogyakarta considering employees is especial asset of company whose becoming planner and active perpetrator from every organizational aktifitas. In this final duty is visible hit steps Persada company in accepting and select the employees candidate. Used withdrawal sampel method in this perception is purposive sampling that is by chosening informan assumed by soybean cake and believable to become source. Technique of data collecting is by observation, documentation, and interview. Technique analyse the data used is with technique triangulat data that is test the data which of a kind from various source. Pursuant to this perception result indicate that process the employees acceptance in Persada company (Kopindosat) Yogyakarta not yet maximal. Because Persada company in searching employees candidate do not through advertisement of public announcement or vacancy. Incoming letter of application by itself without applicant know beforehand whether that Persada company at moment is requiring new employees or not. So that incoming letter of application load assorted of criterion. this matter is felt concerned about will confiscate a lot of time in select the incoming letter of application so that efficient becoming not. But if that moment company do not need the new employees hence incoming letter of application will be kept to a period of coming. Selection phase used is letter of application acceptance, administration selection, psikotes, interview the user, tes health, and last is decision select that is what applicant will be accepted or not. In select the employees candidate, good enough company because entangling direct head so that there is communications between head and employees candidate. So that conclusive head better whosoever of employees candidate to be accepted to put hand to company. This matter is clear for the sake of company in its effort reach the company target.
