    Abstract

    Abstract The purpose of this research to know: (1) differences in the application of model think pair share (tps), talking stick and team quiz of the results of student learning class X Civil Engineering SMKN 5 Surakarta academic year 2014/2015; (2) learning model will the most effective in improve learning outcomes students x civil engineering in terms of the use of model cooperative think pair share (tps), talking stick and team quiz. The research is research quantitative. Technique the sample used is sample saturated. The study sample is a student of class X Civil Engineering A , X Civil Engineering B and X Civil Engineering C class a total of 30 students in SMKN 5 Surakarta. The data consisting of the primary and secondary data: 1) data the primary , the data used to obtain the results of the study of building materials after practicing think pair share (tps), talking stick and team quiz, the source of the primary data was obtained from the pretest and posttes; 2) secondary data that is data sources used to get data the names of students class X Civil Engineering SMKN 5 Surakarta. Tenik data collection that is use documentation and tests. Technique analysis the data used was test normality use test kolmogorov-sminorv z and homogeneity data using test levene statistic test, while the hypothesis using analysis one way anova. The result of this research is, the results of the hypothesis using analysis one way anova, Obtained Fcount of 5,861 while Ftab of 3,101. The Ftab taken from the data levene tests obtained df1: 2 and df2: 87 on standard significance 0,05, Until thereached decision that the ho (hypothesis zero) were rejected and ha (alternative hypotheses) accepted, Because the value of Fcount (5,861) Ftab (3,101). So can be concluded that, there is a difference in the application of model cooperative think pair share (tps), talking stick and team quiz of the results of learning the science building material The conclusion of research is : (1) There is a difference in the model cooperative think pair share (tps), talking stick and team quiz of the results of the study of building materials graders X Civil Engineering SMKN 5 Surakarta academic year 2014/2015; (2) Learning model team quiz most effective improve learning outcomes compared with the class who received treatment learning model think pair share and talking stick. It is seen from the posttest that indicate the average values students X Civil Engineering C that the highest of on the value student average class X Civil Engineering A and X Civil Engineering B.
