    Abstract

    ABSTRACT SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION SYSTEM SERVICES (SERVICES DELIVERY SYSTEM) IN SPBU MASARAN SRAGEN RAHMA EKA SURYA GITA NIM F3211061 This research was conducted to determine how the application service delivery system that is good and right in SPBUSragenMasaran in accordance with standard filling stations in general. In a service company to win the competition lies not only in the products they offer, since consumers also expect companies to respond quickly, accurately, hospitality, reliability, and timeliness of employees in providing services. In addition, consumers expect services in accordance with the desire of consumers merekaJadi not just choose a company that provides services prior to purchase but also the service after purchase. This research uses descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the gas stations MasaranSragen that the delivery of services properly and correctly in accordance with the standards that have been determined are able to provide customer satisfaction. Should the gas station still evaluating the deficiencies that exist even a little bit, especially on the speed of service, accuracy of refueling, and how employees serve customers.
