    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Employee Workload Analysis of Pretreatment Department in PT Kusumahadi Santosa AMELIA NIKMAWATI F3514006 This research aims to know the level of employee workload in Pretreatment Department of PT Kusumahadi Santosa and the difference of workload level before and after the work rotation implemented. The method used in this research is Case Study, which is an in-depth study on the particular topic whose outcome is a complete structural discussion. Based on the method above concluded that workload by using workload analysis method before the implementation of work rotation on average is less than optimal. On the other hand, the average of workload after the implementation of work rotation is optimal. The second method used in this research is workforce analysis, this method shows that the number of excess employee in July is 35 employees. The lowest employee reduction is 1 employee, occurred in December. Based on the conclusion found above, there are several suggestions as follows: the company, in this case is PT Kusumahadi Santosa need to periodically evaluate the number of employees, and they should increase the assertiveness of attendance regulation by giving admonition. Keyword: Workload, Workload Analysis, Workforce Analysis ABSTRAK Analisis Beban Kerja Karyawan Departemen Pretreatment PT Kusumahadi Santosa AMELIA NIKMAWATI F3514006 Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Kusumahadi Santosa yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat beban kerja karyawan Departemen Pretreatment PT Kusumahadi Santosa. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat beban kerja sebelum diadakan rotasi kerja dan setelah diadakan rotasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode studi kasus, merupakan penelitian mendalam mengenai topik bahasan tertentu yang hasilnya merupakan gambaran lengkap yang terstruktur. Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dengan metode work load analysis pada saat sebelum rotasi kerja secara rata-rata beban kerjanya kurang optimal. Sedangkan pada saat setelah dilakukan rotasi kerja secara rata-rata sudah optimal. Metode ke-2 yaitu workforce analysis kelebihan tenaga kerja pada bulan Juli sebanyak 35 orang. Pengurangan tenaga kerja terendah bulan Desember sebanyak 1 orang. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan kesimpulan yang telah dikemukan, terdapat beberapa saran, antara lain: perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi secara berkala mengenai jumlah karyawan serta perusahaan lebih tegas dalam memberikan peringatan khususnya pada peraturan absensi.
