    Abstract

    The purpose of writing this final task to know the ratio of losses caused by videotron bill advertisement tax bill and compare these losses with other types of billboards tax in the city of Surakarta. The step of this research is done by comparing the theory, interview, data analysis, and observation. The author uses secondary data types from various sources by retrieving existing data. Data source was obtained from BPPKAD Surakarta. The result of this research to show that the loss of receivables caused by videotron bill advertisement bill loss in 2014 amounted to Rp Rp 6.840.841 and the ratio of loss of receivables with other kind of billboard tax of 9,26%. While in 2015 losses of 2,56% and 10,95% in 2016. The conclusion of this research is the loss caused by videotron advertisement tax bill in Surakarta is big enough considering the videotron location is few and limited. Based on the results of research, the research gives some suggestion to BPPKAD Surakarta by selecting applicants tax advertisements wisely to avoid losses and record the problem applicants into the blacklist to avoid things that are not desirable.
