    Abstract

    PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN EVERYONE IS A TEACHER HERE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH SISWA Program Study Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP UNS Prayudo Endar Pitoko , Drs. Leo Agung S, M.Pd , Isawati S.Pd, M.A ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to improve students’ learning interest and the learning results in History toward XI IPA 2 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar in the academic year 2015/2016 by implementing learning model Everyone is a Teacher on the subject of History. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). It was conducted in 2 cycles,and each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and evaluation-reflection. The subject of the research was XI IPA 2 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar which consists of 43 students. The source of data came from teachers, students and learning activity. Techniques of collecting data used in this research were interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The validity of data was conducted by using triangulation method, which were data or source triangulation and method triangulation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive-qualitative analysis model. The procedure of this research was based on classroom action research developed by Suharsimi Arikunto (Planning, Action, Observing, Reflecting). The result of the research reveals that teachers are able to implement learning model Everyone is a Teacher on the subject of History so that the learning activity can run well. The implementation of learning model Everyone is a Teacher on the subject of History can improve students’ learning interest and the learning results toward XI IPA 2 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Students’ interest in pre-cycle was 68.21%, increasing to 77.09% in cycle I, and in cycle II was increasing to 82.13%. The percentage of students’ learning results in pre-cycle was 67.44%, increasing to 76.74% in cycle I, and in cycle II was increasing to 86.05%. Based on the finding research and the discussion, it can be concluded thatthe implementation of learning model Everyone is a Teachercan improve students’ learning interest and the learning results in History toward XI IPA 2 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2015/2016.
