    Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, (1) pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMA sasaran se-Kabupaten Blora tahun ajaran 2016/2017. (2) Kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran penjasorkes di SMA sasaran se-Kabupaten Blora tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes di SMA sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora yang berjumlah 10 orang dan peserta didik di SMA sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan persentase untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jawaban pada setiap soal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan : (1) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 22 atau persentase 44% pada jawaban b berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 52 atau persentase 65% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (2) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Isi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 52 atau persentase 47% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 86 atau persentase 54% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (3) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Proses di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 40 atau persentase 57% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 155 atau persentase 65% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (4) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 17 atau persentase 57% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 68 atau persentase 57% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (5) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Sarana dan Prasarana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong sangat baik dengan jumlah 52 atau persentase 58% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 61 atau persentase 51% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (6) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pengelolaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 26 atau persentase 37% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 51 atau persentase 42% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (7) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Pembiayaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 17 atau persentase 57% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan tergolong sangat baik, dan dengan jumlah 20 atau persentase 50% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. (8) Indikator berkaitan dengan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tergolong baik dengan jumlah 20 atau persentase 40% berdasarkan penilaian dari guru Penjasorkes dan dengan jumlah 72 atau persentase 60% berdasarkan penilaian dari peserta didik pada jawaban b. Kesimpulan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran penjasorkes di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 se-Kabupaten Blora tahun ajaran 2016/2017 apabila ditinjau dari 8 indikator SNP secara kesuluruhan tergolong baik. Hal ini didukung data hasil penilaian 10 guru penjasorkes dengan 50 butir pernyataan menunjukkan bahwa jawaban b adalah 246 atau 49% Data hasil penilaian 40 perseta didik dengan 25 butir pernyataan menunjukkan bahwa jawaban b adalah 565 atau 57%. (2) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di SMA sasaran se-Kabupaten Blora tahun 2016/2017 secara umum adalah faktor SDM guru dan sarana dan prasarana. Ditinjau dari faktor SDM guru, kendala yang menghambat pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 adalah masih rendahnya kompetensi guru terhadap pemahaman dan penerapan pembelajaran metode scientific. Ditinjau dari faktor sarana dan prasarana, bahwa ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pembelajaran penjasorkes dari beberapa sekolah SMA masih belum lengkap. K4612064 THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 2013 CURRICULUM IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND RECREATION HEALTH SUBJECT IN TARGETED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL THROUGHOUT BLORA REGENCY IN 2016/2017. Thesis, Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University. June 2016. The objectives of research were: (1) the implementation of 2013 curriculum in physical education and recreation health in targeted Senior High School throughout Blora Regency in 2016/2017, and (2) the constraints occurring in the implementation of 2013 curriculum in physical education and recreation health in Targeted Senior High School throughout Blora Regency in 2016/2017. This research employed a descriptive method with survey technique. The subjects of research were the physical education and recreation health teachers of targeted Senior High School of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency consisting of 10 people and students samples are 40 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaire and observation. Technique of analyzing data used was validity and reliability test and percentage to find out the extent of answer to each item. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn: (1) Indicator related to Standard Graduate Competence in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 22 or 44% b answers based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment and 52 or 65% based on the students’ assessment on b answer. (2) Indicator related to Standard Content in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 52 or 47% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment and 86 or 54% based on the students’ assessment on b answer. (3) Indicator related to Standard Process in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to very good category with 40 or 57% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment on b answer and to good category with 155 or 65% based on students’ assessment on b answer. (4) Indicator related to Standard Educator and Teaching Staff in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 17 or 57% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment and with 68 or 57% based on students’ assessment on b answer. (5) Indicator related to Infrastructures in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to very good category with 52 or 58% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment on b answer and to good category with 61 or 51% based on students’ assessment on b answer. (6) Indicator related to Standard Management in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 26 or 37% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment and with 51 or 42% based on students’ assessment on b answer. (7) Indicator related to Standard Funding in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 17 or 57% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment on b answer and to very good category with 20 or 50% based on students’ assessment on b answer. (8) Indicator related to Standard Education Assessment in Targeted Senior High Schools of 2013 Curriculum throughout Blora Regency belonged to good category with 20 or 40% based on the physical education and recreation health teachers’ assessment and with 72 or 60% based on students’ assessment on b answer. Conclusion as a general indicates that (1) Implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on learning sports in high school health curriculum Goal 2013 se-Blora academic year 2016/2017 when viewed from 8 indicators National Education Standard (SNP) as a whole is quite good. This is supported by data assessment of 10 teachers with 50 item indicates belonged to good category with 246 or 49% based assessment on b answer. Data of the assessment result of 40 students with 25 item indicates belonged to good category with 565 or 57% based assessment on b answer. (2) Factors that constrain the implementation of 2013 curriculum in physical education and recreation health in targeted Senior High School throughout Blora Regency in 2016/2017 as a general were human resources teachers factor and infrastructure. Constrain from human resource factor, obstacles that hinder the implementation of 2013 Curriculum was lack of teacher competence on the understanding and application of the scientific method learning. Assessment result of the infrastructure factor, indicates that the availability infrastructure that supports physical education and recreation health learning of some of the high school is still incomplete.
