    Abstract

    Development of Adobe Flash based Interactive Multimedia as Learning Media on Geography Research Method Material in the Class X Social SMAN 2 Karanganyar Year Academic 2016/2017. Thesis, Surakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Sebelas Maret University, December 2017. This research is Research and Development form with descriptive comparative analysis. This research is working to develop viable and efective interactive multimedia learning Geography for steps of geography’s research materials. Products produced in the form of multimedia interactive learning that can be used as a learning media and also the source of learners for steps of geography’s research materials. Research and development objectives are: 1) Develop adobe flash-based interactive multimedia as learning material research steps geography class X SMAN 2 Karanganyar year 2016/2017; 2) Analyze the feasibility of interactive multimedia based adobe flash as a learning media for steps of geography’s research materials class X SMAN 2 Karanganyar year 2016/2017; 3) To analyze the effectiveness of interactive multimedia based adobe flash as learning media steps of geography’s research materials class X SMAN 2 Karanganyar year 2016/2017. This study uses research and development and the sampling technique Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire used to obtain the results of the assessment of the validation subject matter experts, media experts and the response of students in each test performed. The population in this study is a class X IPS SMA N 2 Karanganyar. Validation of experts conducted by two material experts and two media experts while in the testing phase is done by three students in individual testing, 13 students in small group trial and 22 students on field trials. The results showed that: (1) The development uses Walter Dick and Lou Carrey model development with Adobe Flash based simulation and drill combination model; (2) Adobe Flase based Interactive multimedia learning are proven to feasible as media learning for Steps of Geography Research material class X SMA/MA on 2013 curriculum; 3). Adobe Flase based Interactive multimedia learning are proven to efective on influencing result of study and student’s motivation on Steps of Geography Research material class X SMA/MA on 2013 curriculum.
