    Abstract

    This research aims to test the influences (1) Family environment toward learning motivation; (2) School environment toward learning motivation; (3) Society environment toward learning motivation, (4) learning motivation toward learning outcome. The population in this research is all X and XI-grade student of Marketing Department students in SMK N 1 Surakarta which the total is 128 students. The sampel of this research is 97 students chosen by the technique simple random sampling as questionare respondents and 32 interview respondents, consist of parents well as community and teacher. This research used quantitative causal. Collecting data was conducted through questionnaire technique to know the students perception about the influence of family environment, school environment, and society environment towards their learning motivation.The interview technique be acomplement from questionnaire to know perception of family, teachers, and societies about the influence of family environment, school environment, and society environment towards their learning motivation and the implication towards learning outcome. This research used SEM-PLS as the technique for the data analysis, then outer model evaluation, inner model evaluation and mediation-effect test. The significance value used in this research was 0.05. The results in this research are: () there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and learning motivation (original sample 0.396 and t-value 5.203 > 1.96), (2) there is a positive and significant influence between school environment and learning motivation (original sample 0.307 and t-value 3.872 > 1.96, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between society environment and learning motivation (original sample 0.192 and t-value 2.349 > 1.96, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation and learning outcome (original sample 0.597 and t-value 8.916 > 1.96).
