    Abstract

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training and work stress to employee’s performance at Department of Revenue, Financial and Asset Management in Surakarta. This study use three independent variables, motivation (X1), training (X2), work stress (X3) and dependent variable employee’s performance (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents who are employees directly related to the main duties of Department of Revenue, Financial and Asset Management use purposive sampling methode and analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that motivation and training have positive and significant impact on employee’s performance, work stress has negative significant effect on employee’s performance. It is shown from the results of multiple linear regression tests that show the Y = 1,589 + 0,545X1 + 0,300X2 - 0,287X3.
