    Abstract

Implementation of Index Card Match Learning Method to Improve Learning Motivation of Civic Education on Executive Institutions Content, Class Action Research on Student on Grade IV SDN 02 Sringin, Jumantono, Year 2015/2016. Minithesis. Surakarta: The Faculty of Eduaction and Teacher Training Sebelas Maret University, Oktober 2016. The purpose of this research was to improve student’s motivation on learning civic education on executive institutions content by implementation of Index Card Match on student on grade IV SDN 02 Sringin, Jumantono, Year 2015/2016 This research was classroom action research, it conducted in two cycles. Each cycles consist of two confluence. Each cycles consist of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were students on grade IV SDN 02 Sringin, Jumantono, Year 2015/2016 as many as 26 students. The data collecting technique were observation, questionnaire, documentation, and test. The data validity were triangulation of resources and triangulation of technique. The technique of analyzing data was the interactive model analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that implementation of Index Card Match can improve student’s motivation on learning civic education on student on grade IV SDN 02 Sringin, Jumantono, Year 2015/2016. This can be evidenced by the data of pre-action student’s learning motivation with an average score of 2.4. Students who achieve mastery in the pre-action is 38.5% (10 students). Then, the data showed a significant increase in after-action (second cycle) with an average score of 3.3. Students who achieve mastery in the after-action (second cycle) is 100% (26 students).
