Abstract
Regional Hospital of Sukoharjo (RSUD Sukoharjo) is a hospital which is owned by Sukoharjo local governments. RSUD Sukoharjo has fifteen outpatient clinics. All the clinics open at the same time. However, the prescription services can only be done in an outpatient pharmacy. It causes a queue which results in many complaints from outpatients. The medicine packet is proposed to solve this problem. With the medicine packet, some medicines can be prepared before the transaction in pharmacy happens. Frequent pattern mining with the FP-Growth algorithm is used to find medicine combination based on disease diagnosis. The disease diagnosis used in this study is the diagnosis of major diseases in the format of ICD-10. The medicine combination can be used for making the medicine packet. This research used the prescription data from January 2015 to June 2016. Minimum support value is 0.025. The obtained result was the medicine combination for ten disease diagnoses in Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD Sukoharjo. Interestingly, there are 21 common combinations that found in several diagnoses.
