    Abstract

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this final project is a manufacture the otoped gasoline machine. Making this tool serves to streamline the time and energy in transportation close range. Making this tool begins by observing the otoped gasoline machine. The next stage is the planning that is covering, design drawings and calculations to determine the components that will be used. The last stage is the process of manufacture and assembly. The main driving source used in these tools is the motor of 50cc gasoline and use the iron St 37 as the material of the chassis. The otoped gasoline machine consists of several main components, namely the chassis, brakes, chain, sprocket, and gasoline motors. Material disc brake of the braking system the otoped gasoline machine using cast iron. Based on the results of the simulation using solidwork, disc brake of the braking system of the otoped gasoline machine declared safe to stop the speed of the otoped gasoline machine that runs between 20-40 km / h.
