    Abstract

    The husk is one product of the exile of rice which pretty much amountTo reduce the production of waste husk explisit process to exploit it. One of the utilization of waste materials are as chaff bioetanol. The purpose of this research were: 1) Knowing treatment that produces the highest reduction levels of sugar after hydrolysis in enzimatis with multi enzymes and purity with the making of the EM4 bioetanol with rice husk waste, 2) Knowing treatment that produces the highest levels of ethanol fermentation using yeast after bread (fermipan) in the manufacture of rice husk waste bioetanol; 3) Knowing how the enzimatis were Etchant with multi enzymes and purity with the EM4 and granting of yeast bread (fermipan) in the manufacture of rice husk waste bioetanol. This research was conducted in two phases, the first phase is hydrolysis with experimental design of Randomized Complete Design with one factor the hydrolysis catalyst variation consists of three levels, namely, enzyme selulase, multi enzyme and EM4. The second phase is the fermentation with the experimental design of Randomized Complete Factorial Design form, consists of 3 groups of hydrolysis variations, as well as having two factors i.e. variation levels of yeast (1%, 2%, 3%) and long fermentation (2 days, 4 days, 6 days). The parameters tested was the reduction of sugar levels, pH and the levels of ethanol. The data obtained from the reduction of sugar hydrolysis and sugar reduction as well as ethanol is obtained from the fermentation process is analyzed with ANOVA (analysis of variance) to know the influence of the treatment, and then followed by the Tukey test at a 5% significance level (α = 0.05) when there is a real difference between the treatments. Results of the study showed that the use of multi enzyme in the process of hydrolysis, the use of concentration of yeast bread as much as 2% as well as long time fermentation for 4 days is most effective in gaining a high ethanol levels after the fementasi.
