    Abstract

    ABSTRACT MAINTAINING THE BROKER LOYALTY IN A FURNITURE COMPANY OF CV TOTAL TEAK Anakmas Dwi Pujangga F3113005 The purpose of this study is to investigates the efforts offurniture company to maintain the loyalty of a broker which performed by the company CV Total Teak. The methods used in this research is a descriptive analysis. The types of data collection being used is the primary data and secondary data. The primary data were directly from the observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through literature from relevant sources. The conclusion is that the CV Total Teak using current market price as the pricing strategy and give the best service quality to the broker. In the other hand this corporation still faced an operational problem, especially from the production capacity if there ia exist a lot of order. Key Words: Loyalty, Brokerage, Service, Prices
