    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Yuyun Suci Megawati, G0013243, 2016. Hubungan Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Pendidikan terhadap Hasil Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) Mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran UNS. Skripsi, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. Latar Belakang: Nilai OSCE adalah salah satu komponen penilaian prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhinya yaitu lingkungan lingkungan pendidikan. Dan salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi nilai OSCE yaitu efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan lingkungan pendidikan terhadap hasil OSCE. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik yang dilakukan di Fakultas Kedokteran UNS. Sampel yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran UNS,tahun ajaran 2013 dan 2014. Sampel sebanyak 189 yang diperoleh secara simple random sampling,diberikan sebuah kuisioner yang mencakup komponen efikasi diri dalam General Self Efikasi Scale (GSES dan komponen lingkungan pendidikan dalam Dundee Ready Education Enviroment Meassure (DREEM). Lalu dilakukan interpretasi dari setiap komponen instrumen penilaian. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji Korelasi Pearson, Independent-T Test, dan regresi linear. Hasil: Hasil uji (korelasi pearson) menunjukkan hubungan GSES dan OSCE bermakna (r=0,186, p=0,046), dengan kekuatan korelasi sangat lemah. Hasil uji (korelasi pearson) menunjukkan hubungan DREEM dan OSCE bermakna (r=0,375, p=0,000), dengan kekuatan korelasi lemah. Simpulan: Terdapat korelasi positif yang sangat lemah antara efikasi diri terhadap nilai Objective Structured Clinical Examination ( OSCE). Terdapat korelasi lemah antara lingkungan pendidikan terhadap nilai Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). Kata kunci: Nilai OSCE, efikasi diri, lingkungan pendidikan. Correlation of Self Efficacy and Educational Enviroment toward Scores of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) at Medical Student of Sebelas Maret University. Background: The OSCE score, as a component of students’ learning performance evaluation, is affected by external and internal factors. An example of an external factor that has an influence is the educational environment, whereas an internal factor that affects OSCE score is self-efficacy. This study aims to determine correlation between self efficacy and educational environment towards scores of OSCE. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study, conducted at the Faculty of Medicine UNS. Samples included students of the Faculty of Medicine UNS school year 2013 and 2014. A sample of 189 students was obtained by simple random sampling, and each student was given a questionnaire on self-efficacy using General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Educational environment component was measured with Dundee Ready Education Environment meassure (DREEM). Statistical analyze that used is Pearson correlation test, Independent-T test, and linear regression. Results: Results from the hypothesis test showed sig of 0,046 which implies a significant correlation between GSES and OSCE scores. Pearson correlation value of 0.186 indicates a weak, positive correlation. Similarly, DREEM and OSCE scores were found to be significantly correlated with sig of 0,000 and Pearson correlation value of 0.375 which also indicates a weak, positive correlation. Conclusion: There is a very weak correlation between self efficacy rate and the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) score. Likewise, a weak correlation was also found between the educational environments and Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) score.
