Thesis. Consultant: Dr. Moh. Gamal Rindarjono, M. Si. Co-Consultant : Prof. Dr. Heribertus Sugiyanto, M. Si. Master Program PKLH Main Interest Geography Education . Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. ABSTRACT This classroom action research was conducted in two places, in SMP Negeri 1 Toroh Grobogan District which is found to problems in learning, and at the Sangiran Site which is used as a learning resource for the material of the forming power of the earth, the occurreence and it’s inpact on life. The purposes of research are 1) to determine the learning by using a field trip in Sangiran Site can enhance the creativity of students VII G class of SMP Negeri 1 Toroh Grobogan district, 2) to determine weather the learning by using a filed trip in Sangiran Site can improve learning outcomes of student VII G class SMP Negeri 1 Toroh Grobogan district. The research uses analysis percentage description, which discusses learning assesment process, teacher activity assessment, assessment of students activities, creativity assessment and mastery learning. The result of the research showed that: 1) the creativity of students have increased after using the Sangiran Site as a learning resource by using field trip. The increas of creativity can be seen from the data that creativity cycle 1 was 77 % increasing to 86% in cycle 2, the creativity of student in this study are categorized of very creative. 2) the learning outcomes of students have increased from 7% of students who pass the study in cycle 1 to 89% thoroughly in cycle 2, improveing students learning outcomes in study are categorized very satisfactory Keywords : Sangiran Site, Creativity, Learning Outcomes
