    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Setyanto NIM: S431208049 THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE ACHIEVEMENT OF COMPANY’S BUSINESS PROCESSES WITH COMPANY PERFORMANCE (A Study on SOE of PTPN IX) KPKU, which was adopted from the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), has become a tool for the assessment of SOEs (State Owned Enterprises) to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises at the national, regional and international. Measurement of company performance in state-owned enterprises still use methods Balance Scorecard (BSC), while competition in the era of globalization this time using a measuring instrument/method of performance measurement through so as to make more comprehensive measurement of company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between business process performance results of the company so that can know the strengths and weaknesses of PTPN IX. This study using purposive sampling method and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees/leaders of PTPN IX who have a tenure of more than five years. Data research is to test the hypothesis were analyzed using linear regression models. The results showed that the relationship between the enterprise business process categories with performance results are in the medium category. In Model I, the variables that positively affects the performance of the production process are leadership and focus of labor. Model II, variable that positively affects the performance results of customer focus is operation process. Model III, variables that positively affects the performance results focus are operation process and labor operations. Model IV, variables that positively affects the performance results of leadership and governance is the process of operation, knowledge management and customer focus. Model V,variables positive influence on the results of the financial performance and market are leadership and labor.
