    Abstract

    Background: This research aim to (1) the differences influence of the cooperative learning models of the STAD and GI on the learning achievement Perform administrative Procedures; (2) the effect of the student high and low learning motivation on the learning achievement Perform Administrative Procedures; and (3) the interaction between the differences influence of the learning models and the learning motivations on the learning achievement Perform Administrative Procedures. Methods:This research use the quantitative quasi experimental research method. Its population was all of the student of Private Vocational High School of Surakarta. The samples of the research were taken by using the stratified random sampling technique and consisted of 76 students namely: 38 students in Grade X AP1 of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta as the experimental class instructed with the cooperative learning model of the STAD type and 38 students in Grade X AP2 Of SMK Batik 2 Surakarta as the control class instructed with the cooperative learning model of the GI type. The data of research were collected through test, questionnaire, and documentation. They were analyzed by using the two-way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells with the prerequisite test of normality test and homogeneity test. The factorial design was 2x2 at the significance level of 0.05. the test calculation was aided with the computer program of software SPSS 16. Result:The result of research show that: (1) there is a different of effect between the cooperative learning model of the STAD type and that of the and Group Investigation (GI) on the learning achievement perform administrative procedures as indicated by the significance value = 0.00 which is smaller than α = 0.05 yaitu (0.00 < 0.05) atau (Fobs= 4.943 > Ftabel = 4.00); (2) there was a different of effect between the students’ high learning motivation and the students’ low learning motivation on the learning achievement in perform administrative procedures as shown by the significance value = 0.00 which is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) atau (Fobs = 147.415 > Ftabel = 4.00); and (3) there was not any interaction between the effect of the learning models and of the students’ learning motivations on the learning achievement in perform administrative procedures. as specified by the significance value = α = 0.05 (0.794 > 0.05) atau (Fobs = 0.69 < Ftabel = 4.00).
