    Abstract

    ABSTRACT The Effect At Job Rewards Job Satisfaction, Age Difference As moderating variables (Study on Employee Pt. Indaco Warna Dunia) By : NOVA ANDRIYARNOMO F1214057 This study aimed to examine the effect of age differences as a moderating variable on the relationship between the award of work with job satisfaction of employees at PT. Indaco Warna Dunia. This is interesting because the employee has a role as well in promoting the company if the employee suffered as expected job satisfaction of employees. Thus the need for an analysis of the variables that affect the job satisfaction that rewards work and age as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, sample in this study is the production employees of PT Indaco Warna Dunia by the number 152orang / respondent number is obtained 152 samples of table krejcie. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the regression calculation found that the variable Job Awards (X) to get the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the award of work have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Variable age (Z) also means that age have a significant effect on job satisfaction. And the interaction variable (X * Z) to get the value of p = 0.049 (p <0.05), which means that the age moderate the relationship between employment and job satisfaction awards. The conclusion that can be obtained from the above is that age proved significant in influencing the award of work on the number of job satisfaction. The negative predictive value indicates that the moderating effects given is negative, meaning that the number of age gives the effect of reducing the influence of work with job satisfaction Rewards Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Rewards, Age
