    Abstract

The Effect Of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model And Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model Toward History Learning Achievement Reviewed From Student’s Self Concept In Class X Public Senior High School In Boyolali Regency. Thesis : First Counselor: Prof. Dr. Nunuk Suryani, M.Pd, Second Counselor: Dr. Djono, M.Pd. Program Study of History Education, Postgraduate Program Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. The objective of research was to find out: (1) The Effect Of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model And Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model Toward History Learning Achievement (2) the effect of Self Concept Toward history learning, and (3) the interaction of Learning Model and Self Concept toward learning history. The population of research was the students of Public Senior High Schools in Boyolali Regency. The sampling technique used was multi stage random sampling. The sample of research consisted of the X graders of SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali as experiment 1 class and X graders of SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak as experiment 2 class in the school year of 2015/2016. The number of sample consisted of 66 students. This study employed an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire and objective test. The hypothesis test was conducted using a two-way Anova (statistical parametric) test. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) There are an effect of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model And Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model Toward History Learning Achievement. The result of first hypothesis testing using a two-way anava obtained Fstatistic value = 12.474, while Ftable = 3.15, so that Fstatistic> Ftable¬ or 12.474 > 3.15. Students learning achievement of history using TSTS models is better than Students using STAD models. Achievement of using TSTS obtains an average (mean=86.62) and achievement of history using STAD obtains an average (mean=81.34) (2) There are difference in the influence of students high and low self concept toward history learning achievement. The result of second hypothesis testing using a two-way anava obtained Fstatistic value = 122.88, while Ftable = 3.15, so that Fstatistic> Ftable¬ or 122.88> 3.15. Achievement of students learning history with high self concept is better than with achievement of student learning history with low self concept. At the high self concept obtains an average (mean=83.24) while low self concept obtains average (mean=80.92) (3) There are no interaction of learning models and self concept. The result of third hypothesis testing using a two-way anava obtained Fstatistic value = 0.326, while Ftable = 3.15, so that Fstatistic< Ftable¬ or 0.326< 3.15.
