    Abstract

    This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) on employee performance by leader-member exchange as mediating variables. The object of this research conducted in Unit Libraries of Sebelas Maret University. Respondents in this study are employees working in Unit Libraries of Sebelas Maret University. The unit analysis in this study is dyad. The data collection method of respondents on this study is census with using questionnaires. The hypothesis in this study were tested using simple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The variables in this study consisted of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice as an independent variable, and the performance as the dependent variable. Further variables of organizational justice variables mediated by leader-member exchange on performance. The results of this study indicate that distributive justice and procedural justice positive and significant impact on performance, but in contrast to interactional justice is positive and not significant effect on performance. Mediation results showed that the leader-member exchange mediating effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on performance.
