Pregnant women with high anxiety will increase the risk of hypertension, difficulty sleeping and occurrence of stroke, seizures even death in the mother and fetus. A total of 5903 pregnant women in community health in Ponorogo with 21 of the 27 mother says very anxious during her pregnancy. From 21 (48.3%) of mothers who are experiencing anxiety, 20 (95%) of whom are experiencing sleep disorders such as waking up in the middle of the night. This study was aimed to determine the determinants influence anxiety against sleeping disorders. Subject and Methods: This was an analytic observational study with cross-sectional design, carried out in community health of Jetis and Balong, Ponorogo on September 1 – October 15, 2016. A total sample of 110 pregnant women was selected by using proportional random sampling. The dependent variable were anxiety and sleep disturbances, and the independent variables were gestational age, parity, family support and noise. The data collection was using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. Results: The results showed that the model fit with CMIN values = 6.317 (p = 0.177);GFI = 0.98; NFI = 0.95; CFI = 0.98; RMSEA = 0.07. Of the 3 variables that are linked are all directly related to the anxiety that is parity (b = -0.78; p = 0.019), gestational age (b = 0.15; p = < 0.001), and family support (b =-0.33; p = < 0.001). While the 2 variables that connected it all directly related to sleep disorders namely anxiety (b = 0.31, p = < 0.001 ;) and noise (b = 0.33; p = < 0.001). Conclusion: Gestational age, parity and support families directly related to anxiety. An anxiety and noise is directly related to sleep disorders. For that decline in sleep disorders can be done by lowering the number of anxiety, one of them by providing family support on expectant mothers in order to feel comfortable so that the health of the mother and the fetus can be maintained properly. Keywords: anxiety, sleep disorders, gestational age, parity and family support
