    Abstract

    ABSTRACT EFFECT OF SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND PROACTIVE PERSONALITY IN CAREER SATISFACTION MEDIATED BY BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT CAREER (A study on the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar) SATYA PRIASMABRATA F1214070 This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational support for career development and proactive personality on career satisfaction mediated by the behavior of a management career with the object of research at PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar. This research is expected to provide an explanation of the variables associated with support organizations such as training, development, advice from the director, the personality of the employees themselves and employee career satisfaction. Data was taken by using purposive sampling. The sample that used in this study are employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar which amounted to 152 respondents. The.data is analyze with SPSS for Windows 22.0 The results showed that organizational support for career development and proactive personality has positive and significant impact on career satisfaction and organizational support for career development and also on proactive personality positive effect on behavior management career as a mediating variable. It showed that the variables of career management behaviors was mediate the effect of organizational support for career development and proactive personality on career satisfaction.
