HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL GURU DAN KETERSEDIAAN BAHAN AJAR BERBASIS KURIKULUM 2013 DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN HUMAS DAN KEPROTOKOLAN SISWA KELAS XI PROGRAM KEAHLIAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN SMK NEGERI 1 BOYOLALI TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) hubungan yang signifikan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016; (2) hubungan yang signifikan ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016; (3) hubungan yang signifikan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik dengan teknik regresi linier ganda dan diolah dengan menggunkanan SPSS 20. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan pada n = 62 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh harga rhitung > rtabel atau 0,719 > 0,246; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan pada n = 62 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh harga rhitung> rtabel atau 0,664 > 0,246; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji keberartian dilakukan dengan uji F, maka diperoleh harga Fhitung > Ftabel atau 42,154 > 3,15. Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 35,280 + 0,278 X1+ 0,355 X2. Sumbangan Relatif (SR) kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru (X1) sebesar 60,98%. Sumbangan Relatif (SR) ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 (X2) sebesar 39,02%. Sumbangan Efektif (SE) kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal guru (X1) sebesar 35,85%. Sumbangan Efektif (SE) ketersediaan bahan ajar berbasis kurikulum 2013 (X2) sebesar 22,94%. THE CORRELATION INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILL OF TEACHER AND AVAILABILITY OF TEACHING MATERIALS BASED ON THE CURICCULUM IN 2013 AND THE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PROTOCOL ON GRADE XI OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS 1 BOYOLALI IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2015/2016. Skripsi. The Faculty of Teaching Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, November 2016 The objectives of this research are to investigate : (1) the significant corellation of interpersonal communication skills of teachers with the learning achievement of public relations and protocol on grade XI office administration of vocational high schools 1 Boyolali in academic year 2015/2016; (2) the significant corellation of availability of teaching materials based on the curriculum in 2013 with the learning achievement of public relations and protocol on grade XI office administration of vocational high schools 1 Boyolali in academic year 2015/2016; (3) the significant corellation of interpersonal communication skills of teachers, availability of teaching materials based on the curriculum in 2013 to the learning achievement of public relations and protocol on grade XI office administration of vocational high schools 1 Boyolali in academic year 2015/2016. The research used the descriptive quantitative research method. Its population was all of Office Administration student on Grade XI of Vocational High School 1 Boyolali in Academic Year 2015/2013 as many as 62 students. The sample was taken using non probability sampling. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyszed by using the multiple correlation analysis aided with the computer program of SPSS 20. The requirement test was done using normality, linearity and multicolinierity tests. The result of the research are as follows: (1) there is significant correlation between interpersonal communication skills of teachers with the learning achievement of public relations and protocol on grade XI office administration of vocational high schools 1 Boyolali in academic year 2015/2016. It can be shown by the calculation result in n = 62 and significance level of 5% obtaining the rcount = 0,719 > that of rtable = 0,246); (2) there is significant correlation between of availability of teaching materials based on the curriculum in 2013 with the learning achievement of public relations and protocol on grade XI office administration of vocational high schools 1 Boyolali in academic year 2015/2016. To test significance, the F test was done therefore it is obtained the Fcount = 42,154 > than of Ftable = 3,15. The regression equation is Ŷ = 35,280 + 0,278 X1+ 0,355 X2. The relative contribution of interpersonal communication skills of teachers (X1) is 60,98%. The relative contribution of availability of teaching materials based on the curriculum in 2013 (X2) is 39,02%. In addition, the effective contribution of interpersonal communication skills of teachers (X1) is 35,85%. The effective contribution of availability of teaching materials based on the curriculum in 2013 (X2) is 22,94%.
