    Abstract

    ABSTRACT THE EFFECT EMPLOYEE WELLBEING TO ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT WITH MODERATION WORK LOCUS OF CONTROL (Study on Employee PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta) By : Nita Fitriya Suhartati F1212051 The study aimed to investigated the role of employee wellbeing on organizational commitment and investigated the role of work locus of control (WLOC) as a moderator of relatinship between employee wellbeing and organizational commitment. This research was conducted on the employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta aged 20-60 years. Sampling using the convinience sampling is gathering information from members of the population would gladly give it. This study takes the number of respondents was 133 employees as respondents. Mechanical testing data using analaisis regression with SPSS Statistics 17 for windows. Based on the results analaisis linear regression test the hypothesis in this study, the results include 1) Effect of employee wellbeing on organizational commitment affects mostly 2) Effect of employee wellbeing on organizational commitment moderated by work locus of control effect mostly. This study has a limitation for the data collection the method is by questionnaire. The inadequacy of this study is the presence of factors that influence the opinions of respondents in answering the questionnaire for example the limitation of time because the activities of the respondents. In addition, to the object observed only focus on employee at the PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta, and further research is expected to complement the limitations in this study.
