PENGARUH PERSEPSI TENTANG PROFESI GURU DAN PROGRAM PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN AKUNTANSI FKIP UNS TAHUN 2016. Skripsi, Surakarta : Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, September 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi tentang profesi guru terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS; (2) pengaruh program pengalaman lapangan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS; dan (3) pengaruh persepsi tentang profesi guru dan program pengalaman lapangan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS angkatan 2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji prasyarat menggunakan software SPSS Versi 21 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi tentang profesi guru (X1) terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 3,298 > 1,669 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,002. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan program pengalaman lapangan (X2) terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS (Y) dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 3,607 > 1,669 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,001; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan persepsi tentang profesi guru (X1) dan program pengalaman lapangan (X2) terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UNS (Y) dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 22,783 > 3,14 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000. Sumbangan efektif variabel X1 dan X2 sebesar 42,4 %. Model hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut adalah Y = 13,698 + 0,308X1 + 0,490X2. EFFECT OF PERCEPTION OF TEACHER PROFESSION AND FIELD EXPERIENCE PROGRAM ON INTEREST IN BECOMING TEACHERS OF THE STUDENTS OF THE STUDY PROGRAM OF ACCOUNTING EDUCATION, THE FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION, SEBELAS MARET UNIVERSITY IN 2016. Skripsi, Surakarta : The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, September 2016. The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1)the effect of perception of teacher profession on the interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University; (2) the effect of the field experience program on the interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University; and (3) the interaction of effects between the teacher profession and the field experience program on the interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. This research used the quantitative research method. Its population was all of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, the class of 2012. The samples of research were determined through the saturated sampling technique, and the data of research were collected through questionnaire. They were analyzed by using the multiple linear regression analysis aided with the software of SPSS Version 21 for Windows. The results of research are as follows: (1) there is a positive effect of perception of teacher profession on their interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University as indicated by the value of tstat = 3.298 > that of tcrit= 1.669 at the significance value = 0.00w, which was less than 0.05; (2) there is a positive effect of the field experience program on the interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University as shown by the value of t stat = 3.607 > that of t crit = 1.669 at the significance value = 0.001 which was less than 0.05; and (3) there is a positive interaction of effects between perception of teacher profession and the field experience program on the interest in becoming teachers of the students of the Study Program of Accounting Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University as signified by the value of Fstat = 22.783 > Fcrit= 3.14 at the significance value = 0.000 which was less than 0.05 Keywords: Perception of Teacher Profession, Field Experience Program, Interest in Becoming Accounting Teachers
