    Abstract

    There are many ways and media that can be chosen by individual to create personal brand. Through the vast changing of technology era, individual can create personal brand through social media. One of the social media that can be used to create personal brand is Instagram. With this social media, celebgram @dianrizkita managed to build her personal brand through uploading photos of hers. The purpose of this study is to know what kind of personal brand @diazrizkita intend to build through her Instagram account, and how is the perception of followers regarding @dianrizkita’s personal brand. This research used McNally’s three elements that made a strong personal brand. The type of this research is descriptive. The method of the study is mixed method and the sampling technique used was sensus sampling. Data obtained by conducting an interview with @dianrizkita and spreading questionnaire through Google Drive. The analysis technique used was descriptive with the help of SPSS For Windows application. The conclusion of this study is that @dianrizkita has a strong personal brand in followers’ eyes. With a strong personal brand @dianrizkita can boost her personal value to followers and increase the probability of increasing the number of her followers. A strong personal brand can also built her credibility and reputation for the followers and endorser. Through that, Dian will create and attract many new opportunity and enrich her relationship dan carreer as celebgram.
