    Abstract

    Abstract Publishing an internal media or in-house journal in an organization is an example of internal communication activities within the organization. This communication which created is between employees communication and cross levels communication. As communication activities, internal media should be carried out effectively so that the process of communication is established with efficient and targeted so as to achieve organizational goals. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) is a company that has a very broad scope of work, and to facilitate the establishment of the communication process as well inculcate work culture to employees, OJK has an internal media called Integrasi Magazine. That’s why, the authors conducted a study that aims to determine the effectiveness of Integrasi Magazine with quantitative approach and descriptive methods. The result of this research shows that the efectiveness factors of a communications activity such as receiver user, content, timeliness, media communication, media formats, and te source has been fulfilled by the Integrasi Magazine Keywords: Effectiveness, Majalah Integrasi, Organization Communication, Public Relations
