    Abstract

    Yoga Dwi Wibowo, D1114029. “Effectiveness of Licensing Services Industry and Trade through the One Stop Service in Investment Agency and Integrated Licensing of Surakarta City”. Minor Thesis: Study Program of Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. This study aimed to analyze about the effectiveness of Licensing Services Industry and Trade, through One Stop Service in the Investment Agency and Integrated Licensing of Surakarta City which is based on four criteria of success of the program proposed by Nakamura and Smallwood, namely efficiency, satisfaction of the target group, the responsiveness of the client and system maintenance. The method used by the researchers is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collected through interview, observation and documentation review. Technique data retrieval is done purposively. Validation of data used triangulation and data sources, and data analysis with interactive analysis method in which the components of data reduction and data presentation done simultaneously further components will interact to draw some conclusions. The results showed that the licensing service of industry and trade through the one stop service pattern has been quite effective. It can be seen from the two criteria, namely: 1) the achievement of the objectives, BPMPT Surakarta has successfully achieved its objectives, namely the services provided by the service provider licensing officer at BPMPT Surakarta are in accordance with service standards that apply in BPMPT Surakarta. 2) Satisfaction of the target group, people are satisfied with the services provided by the officer. It can be seen from the positive response given by the people associated with the service of making the licensing industry and trade in BPMPT Surakarta. However, there are still other infrastructures that must be added in order to provide convenience to the public and to provide satisfactory services in accordance with what is expected by the public. In addition to the facilities and infrastructure provided by BPMPT Surakarta not everything can be utilized by the community, this is because people are only oriented licensing manufacture, so most people are not taking full advantage of the facilities provided by BPMPT Surakarta Keywords: Effectiveness Service, One Stop Service
