The Experimentation of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Using Computer Media Against Mathematics Learning Achievement Interms of Student Learning Creativity of 8th Grade SMP/ MTs Muhammadiyah Surakarta Academic Year 2011/2012. Thesis. Supervisor I: Dr. Mardiyana, M.Si., Supervisor II: Dr. Budi Usodo, M.Pd. Mathematics Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University. Surakarta. The purpose of this research was to determine: 1) which has the achievement of better mathematics learning, students are subject to cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media, NHT, or conventional learning, 2) which has the achievement of better mathematics learning, students who have the creativity learn math high, medium, or low, 3) at each learning model, which one has the achievement of better mathematics learning, students with learning creativity mathematics high, medium, or low, 4) at each category of creativity in learning mathematics, which has better mathematics learning achievement, students are subject to cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media, NHT, or conventional learning model. The research was quasi experimental. The population of this research was all students of grade VIII SMP / MTs Muhammadiyah of the District Surakarta, academic year 2011/2012. The samples in this research were SMP Muhammadiyah 1, SMP Muhammadiyah 4, and SMP Muhammadiyah 7 taken by stratified cluster random sampling. Instruments used to collect data were mathematics achievement instrument test and questionnaires creativity students toward mathematics instrument. Instrument validity test and questionnaire conducted by the validator, the reliability of the test is tested with the formula KR-20 and reliability of the questionnaire was tested with Alpha formula. Data analysis technique used hypothesis test with two-way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. From the results of the analysis, can be concluded that: 1) the learning achievement in mathematics of the students who were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media were better than the ones who were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT and conventional, the students who were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT were better than the ones who were learning mathematics with conventional learning model, 2) the learning achievement in mathematics of the students with the high learning creativity were better than the ones with the medium and low learning creativity, the students with the medium learning creativity were better than the ones with the low learning creativity, 3) in the cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media, the learning achievement in mathematics of the students with ones who have the high learning creativity were better than the students with the low learning creativity, students with the high learning creativity were as good as the ones who have medium learning creativity, and students with the medium learning creativity were as good as the ones who have low learning creativity as well.In the cooperative learning model NHT and conventional learning model, the students with the high, medium, and low learning creativity had the same achievement in learning mathematics, 4) in the students with the high learning creativity, the learning achievement of the students who were learning mathematics with ones who have cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media were better than the students were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT, the students who were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT had the same achievement in learning mathematics with conventional learning model, and the students who were learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media had the same achievement in learning mathematics with cooperative learning model NHT. The students with the medium and low learning creativity had the same achievement in learning mathematics among the ones who were given the cooperative learning model NHT computer-assisted media, NHT, and conventional learning model on solid geometry.
