    Abstract

UPAYA PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PENGANTAR AKUNTANSI MELALUI MODEL JOYFUL LEARNING BERBANTU METODE TIME TOKEN ARENDS PADA SISWA JURUSAN AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI 1 SURAKARTA TAHUN 2016. Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Juni 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui model joyful learning berbantu metode time token arends pada siswa jurusan akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dimana dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta dengan jumlah 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi penyidik. Data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kritis, sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) model pembelajaran joyful learning berbantu metode time token arends dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta tahun 2016. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya motivasi siswa di setiap siklus, dimana pada kegiatan pratindakan tidak terdapat siswa yang memiliki motivasi kategori baik dan sangat baik. Pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang memiliki motivasi baik meningkat menjadi 35,48%. Pada siklus II, jumlah siswa yang memiliki motivasi baik dan sangat baik sebesar 100%. (2) model pembelajaran joyful learning berbantu metode time token arends dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta tahun 2016. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa di setiap siklus. Pada kegiatan pratindakan hanya terdapat 2 dari 31 siswa (6,45%) yang dapat mencapai KKM, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 29 siswa (93,55%) belum dapat mencapai KKM. Pada siklus I, hasil belajar meningkat dengan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 22 siswa (70,97%) dan sisanya 9 siswa (29,03%) belum dapat mencapai KKM. Pada siklus II, hasil belajar kembali meningkat dengan jumlah siswa yang berhasil mencapai KKM sebanyak 28 siswa (90,32%), dan sisanya 3 siswa (9,68%) belum dapat mencapai KKM. EFFORT OF IMPROVING THE LEARNING MOTIVATION AND ACHIEVEMENT IN INTRODUCTION TO ACCOUNTING SUBJECT BY JOYFUL LEARNING MODEL WITH TIME TOKEN ARENDS METHOD IN THE STUDENTS OF ACCOUNTING PROGRAM OF STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 1 OF SURAKARTA IN 2016. Skripsi: Surakarta: The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, June 2016. The objective of this research is to investigate whether there is an improving the learning motivation and achievement in introduction to accounting subject by joyful learning model with time token arends method in the students of accounting program of state vocational high school 1 of surakarta in 2016. This research used the classroom action research with two cycles, and each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Its subjects were the students as many as 31 in Grade X Accounting 1 of the aforementioned school. The data of research were collected through test, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. They were validated through investigator triangulation. The qualitative data of the research were analyzed by using the critical model of analysis, and the quantitative ones were analyzed by using the descriptive model of analysis. The results of research are as follows. 1) joyful learning model with time token arends method can improve the learning motivation of the students in Grade X Accounting 1 of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in 2016 as indicated by the improvement of their motivation in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, there were no students had good and very good learning motivations. In Cycle I, the percentage of the students who had good learning motivation reached 35.48%, and in Cycle II, the percentage of the students who had good and very good learning motivations became 100%. 2) joyful learning model with time token arends method can improve learning achievement of the students in Grade X Accounting 1 of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in 2016 as indicated by the improvement of their learning achievement in each cycle. In pre-cycle only 2 out of 31 students (6.45%) fulfilled the minimum learning completeness. In Cycle 1, the number of the students who fulfilled the minimum learning completeness became 22 (70.97%) and the number of students who not fulfilled the minimum learning completeness became 9 (29,03%). In Cycle II the number of the students who fulfilled the minimum learning completeness became 28 (90.32%) and the number of students who not fulfilled the minimum learning completeness became 3 (9,68%).
