    Abstract

    Organizational communication is important in an organization. Climate communication within the organization also has an influence on work motivation member of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of communication climate on employee motivation in Solo Radio. This research was conducted during 3 month of November 2015 until January 2016. This type of research is qualitative descriptive which aims outlining organizational communication climate influence on work motivation. The object of this study are employees in Solo Radio. The data analysis technique by describing the results of interviews that have been conducted. Aspects to be considered in the analysis of the data is how informants assessing climate change in Solo Radio communication. The results showed that all the informants revealed that organizational communication climate in Solo Radio goes well. The relationship between employees also rated well maintained. So that informants explained that they have a good motivation in working in Solo Radio. Keywords: Climate Communication, Organization, Work Motivation, Solo Radio
