    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Lilian Murtutik, S021408036, 2016. Planned Behavior Theory Applications (Theory Of Planned Behavior) Adolescent Reproductive Health (Case Study at SMU Negeri Karanganyar). Thesis. Supervisor I: Supriyadi Respati Day, Supervisor II: Nunuk Suryani. Master in Public Health Sciences University Graduate Program March Surakarta. Background: Extension and reproductive health education is important to know, especially adolescents of school age, because adolescence is an age most vulnerable to reproductive health problems. With teens have a good knowledge about reproductive health is expected teenagers were able to have a positive attitude sexual behavior. Subjects and Methods: The study is an observational analytic survey with the approach of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB. Location of the study in high school 1 and SMU Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The research was conducted in March 2016. The population of the entire student SMUNegeri 1 and 2 Karanganyar grade 1 and 2 as many as 205 students. the sample of 100 students with a purposive sampling techniques. the technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis AMOS 22. Results: The effect on the reproductive health behavior towards behavioral intentions are positive, that every increase in the unit value of behavioral intention health improve by the saturation point (b = 2:11; CI 95% = 0381 till 3793; p = <0.001). Perceived behavioral control effect on behavioral intentions are positive, that every one unit increase in perceived behavioral control value for saturation increasing amounts (b = 0:28; CI 95% = 0177 till 0377; p = <0.001). Subjective norms influence the behavior intention is positive, that every increase in the unit value of subjective norms increase of saturation point (b = 0:41; CI 95% = 0:23 sd 0.60; p = <0.001). Influence between attitudes toward reproductive health behavior to behave intention is positive, that every one unit increase the value attitudes of saturation point (b = 0:18; CI 95% = 0.070 up to 0.298; p = <0.001). Conclusion: The perception of behavioral control, subjective norms and attitudes toward behavior indirect effect on reproductive health behavior. It is expected to improve adolescent reproductive health behavior, should the parties considered to play a role, always perform a behavior that is not in conflict with reproductive health behavior.
