    Abstract

    This research objectives are to know: 1) Corelation of implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system terhdap to performance in teaching, 2) Corelation of leadership qualities on teacher performance in teaching, 3) Corelations of teachers attitude in profession to teachers performance in teaching, 4) Corelations implementation ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, quality leadership, and teachers attitude in profession and teaching experience integratedly to teacher performance in teaching. The Research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. As population is teacher in SMK of state Sragen Regency amount 239 teachers. Of these researchers took a sample of 142 teachers. Sampling was done with proportional cluster random sampling. The instrument used to collect data in the form: questionnaire. To determine the accuracy and validity of the questionnaire, conducted with test validity and reliability. The validity of items used is a matter of validity. To test the validity of the point about formulas used correlation Pearson Product Moment and reliability of the formula used Alpha Croanbach. The analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression correlation at the 0.05 level. From the data analysis, as follows: 1) there is a significant corelation on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system on the performance of teachers in learning (raunt> rtable or 0.197> 0.159 at significance level 0.05), 2) there is a significant corelation about the quality of leadership on the performance of teachers in the learning of (r count> rtable or 0.456> 0.159 at significance level 0.05), 3) there is a significant corelation on a teacher's professional attitude towards performance of teachers in learning (rcount> rtable or 0.219> 0.159 at significant level 0.05, 4) there is a significant corelation on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, professional- quality leadership and attitudes of teachers together to the performance of teachers in learning (F count > Ftable or 17.704> 2.67) on significance level 0.05).
