    Abstract

    Roslandiantoro, THE IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACHIEVMENT ORGANIZATION CONCEPT THROUGH COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL INSIDE OUTSIDE CIRCLE (IOC) TO THE STUDENT OF GRADE 5 SD NEGERI WONOSAREN SURAKARTA IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2014/2015. Minithesis, Surakarta : Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, August 2016. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning achievement organization concept through cooperative learning model Inside Outside Circle (IOC) in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Wonosaren Surakarta in academic year 2014/2015 . This research is a classroom action research (CAR). It tooks me to finish this in two cycles which consisted of two meetings for each cycle. Each one consist of four phases, planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of this research were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Wonosaren, amount 29 students. The techniques of data collection use observation, interview, test, and documentation. The techniques of data validation use triangulation of source and triangulation of technique. Data analysis of use interactive analysis model. Based on result of the research, it could be concluded that Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model was able to improve the learning achievement organization concept in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Wonosaren. The improvement can be proven by the increasing of student’s classical completeness from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. In the pre-action, classical completeness reached 44,82% or 13 from 29 students, in the cycle I classical completeness reached 72,93% or 19 from 29 students, and in the cycle II classical compelteness reached 86,2% or 25 from 29 students. The average of calssroom score were increase too, in the pre-action average classroom score reached 66,8; in the cycle I reached 72,9; and in the cycle II reached 80,2. The conclusion of the research is the applying of Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model was able to improve to improve the learning achievement organization concept in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Wonosaren in the academic year of 2014/2015.
