EVALUATION OF INTERNAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE STUDIES PROGRAM USING MALCOLM BALDRIGE CRITERIA FOR EDUCATION (CASE STUDY IN EXDEPARTMENT LANGUAGE AND ART EDUCATION OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION FACULTY UNS). Mini Thesis, Surakarta: Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University ,June 2016. This research aims are to: (1) Know the performance of each Study Pprogram in Ex-Department Language and Arts Education of Teacher Training and Education Faculty UNS, using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. (2) Determine the position / rank of each study program in Ex-Department Language and Arts Education of Teacher Training and Education Faculty UNS, with Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. (3) Know the performance of what should be improved on each Study Program in Ex-Department Language and Arts Education of Teacher Training and Education Faculty UNS, in terms of the measurement results using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. The population in this research is all lecturers in Ex-Department Language and Arts Education of Teacher Training and Education Faculty UNS. The selected samples are 5 lecturers in Arts Education, 4 lecturers in Indonesian Education, 3 lecturers in English Education, 5 lecturers Java Language Education. The technique to have taken sample was used purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive approach. The collection of data carried out by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis to describe the results of a quantitative analysis that has been done. The results showed that, first, according to the results of performance appraisal using MBCfE.The Art Education Study Program and Javanese Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty UNS on the Benchmark Leader ranks, while the Indonesian and English Education Study Program on the Industry Leader ranks. Second, the position / ranking obtained by each study program are: the Javanese Education is 819; the Arts Education is 789; the Indonesian Education is 751; and the English Education is 704. Third, the advice can be given to each Study Program are (1) Arts Education should further improve the performance on management process and the results of educational activities; (2) Indonesian Education should further improve the performance on the design innovation development testing new product / service; (3) English Education should further improve performance on the results of educational activities because there is no comparison with competitors; 4) Javanese Education should further improve performance on criteria of customer focus.
